Restrictions: Our premium Casitas can only accommodate Motorhomes at this time.
Daily rates include all water, electric, sewer, and WiFi.
Current rates may change at any time and are subject to change without notice. Any stays booked on previous rates once guest has departed are subject to new rate upon returning. Discounts will be not be given for previous bookings if rates have changed after the reservation has been made.
Effective 1/24/24 Deposit/Cancelation Policy
Daily Deposit / Cancellation Policy
Daily reservations require a one night deposit at the time of the reservation. Daily reservation cancellations must give a 72 hours notice for full credit on a future stay (within 1 year). Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.
Weekly Deposit / Cancellation Policy
Weekly reservations require require a one night deposit at the time of the reservation. Weekly reservation cancellations must give a 1 week notice for full credit on a future stay (within 1 year). Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.
Monthly RV Site Deposit / Cancellation Policy
Monthly reservations require a $100 deposit require a $100 deposit at the time of the reservation. Monthly reservation cancellations must give a 1 month notice for full credit on a future stay (within 1 year). Refunds are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the deposit.
No Refunds
Early departures for any reason are not eligible for refunds. Upon request, credit will be given toward a future stay (within 1 year).
Additional Guests fee: RV Rates are based on 2 people per site. Each additional person $5 daily, $20 weekly, $40 monthly.
Site Selection
Reservations for specific RV sites are never guaranteed. Alsatian RV Resort reserves the right to move reservations from their stated locations as deemed necessary by management to accommodate all guests.
